To deal with the last one first, there is always another way; it may not be the most efficient or effective way, but there is always another way. And you always have a choice – a choice to use whatever system brings you your desired health, wealth, happiness or whatever it is you seek.

And remember, systems are a collection of beliefs and concepts and because you have choice, you can reject concepts and change your beliefs.

It is my belief, but it doesn’t have to be yours, that my chances of a successful result are greatly incrased if what I am trying to achieve is in my Highest Interest, and of that of anyone else involved. And this is where Transpersonal Dynamics looks at life a little differently from most scientific and psychology schools. We believe in the importance of the Spirit, the Higher Self, as well as of mind and body.
